June 97 Cover Art: Ron Giddings Color Retouching: Beau Owens Back to Archives
			It didn't take Photoshop Master Ron Giddings long to turn this stock image of a skateboarder (from PhotoDisc's new "Working Bodies" collection) into a high flying carpet-logo rider (the GX logo was modeled using a flying carpet image from "Metaphors and Symbols", another new PhotoDisc CD). Check page 6 to see the "before" shot of our flyguy. Ron used a couple of his favourite Photoshop filters along with a little Ray Dream trickery to create the final composition.
