			Some of you out there have dared to suggest that, although it may be fun, creating 3D anaglyphic imagery ain't exactly rocket science. Well, the blast-happy crew at Digital Image FX in Nova Scotia would beg to differ - and they have their friends at NASA to back them up. Creative director Ted Iannuzzi and artist Jason McKenzie escaped from their virtual realities in simulated outer space and medical education long enough to converge on and capture this 3D-powered cover art, using a mixture of Silicon Graphics workstations and Macs. Digital Image FX's SGI connection is apropos, since it was Silicon Graphics Canada that helped provide the special 3D glasses included with this issue which make viewing this special artwork possible.
